Emissions Targets, Energy Storage, & Electric Vehicles Hearing

Got there after CourtWatch. It was so crowded I could not even stand in the back of the room. I met people from 350 and the Sierra Club. I left after 30 minutes. More people kept coming so I gave up the idea of eventually getting a seat.
